Oak Trace residents, family members, local junior high students, and team members worked together to create Valentine’s Day themed care packages to send to military service members as part of the Hearts & Heroes program. The program is the brainchild of our Oak Trace Supervisor of Lifestyles Jackie Schwab Raschke. The program is a way for military members to receive a token of love and appreciation for Valentine’s Day.
